I truly enjoy coming alongside people as they face the obstacles that are keeping them stuck and from moving forward. My greatest passion is to help my clients feel a greater measure of freedom, joy and peace in their lives. I am a trauma-informed therapist and utilize attachement and somatic approaches to help each client get to the root of their issues and get the most out of their therapy experience.
